Delhi violence: 27 killed till now, HC pulls up police for inaction

The death toll after the gruesome violence in Delhi since the past 3 days has reached 27. Delhi Police was slammed by the High Court yesterday for failing to curb the violence and not responding to rescue calls adequately. Delhi High Court Justice S Muralidhar pulled up senior police officials for making no arrests despite the evidence. NSA Ajit Doval visited the violence-hit parts of Delhi twice in 24 hours.
