Details of procurements to be published on defence ministry website to promote 'ease of doing business'

In a bid to facilitate the 'ease of doing business', the Ministry of Defence will now publish relevant details of planned procurements on its website. A proposal regarding the same has received Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's assent. As per the Defence Ministry, the details of procurements will be published on the service headquarters or Ministry of Defence website within one week of the receipt of approvals.
