We all have been taught about planet earth and its core since our school days. As per what is known, the earth has one inner core. However, a new study hints that the inner core of the planet might have its own inner core. A team from the Australian National University "found evidence that may indicate a change in the structure of iron, which suggests perhaps two separate cooling events in Earth's history."
