With hefty fines imposed after the new motor vehicles act, a Vadodra man has found a way to beat the system. To safeguard himself from hefty fines, Ram Shah, has come up with an ingenious idea. Shah, who travels every day on his motorbike, decided to paste his driving license along with the vehicle's RC, insurance slip and PUC certificate on his helmet. So whenever he gets stopped, his helmet is now proof.
