Doubts over caste: Man called off marriage over missing caste name on Aadhaar card

Caste system is a problem the country cannot ignore. Recently a man canceled the wedding at last time as they had doubts about the bride's caste mentioned on the Aadhaar card. In the Aadhaar card her father's name was missing the suffix “Reddy” that created doubts in the groom's family that led to a quarrel. The bride's family lodged a complaint against the groom's family for canceling the marriage without valid reasons.
