In Chennai during the delivery procedure, the head of the baby was separated from the torso at a primary health centre. The head was later removed from the womb which was stuck inside the mother’s stomach. The relatives have claimed that the delivery was done by the nurse instead of the doctor leaving the mother in a serious condition. The investigation on the incident is on and a case has also been filed in the police station.
