According to research, the year 2019 was the second hottest year for the planet's surface. The recent analyses have revealed the actual scale of the crisis of the climate. The past decade and the past 5 years have been the hottest in the past 150 years. These records have been broken year by year. The previous hottest year was recorded: 2016. This is due to the natural El Nino event which led to an increase in temperature.
