Employability rates improved with hiring revival

Hiring has been on a revival and that has impacted employability positively as it has gone up from 33% to 45% in last five years, according to the India Skills Report 2018. It has also been found that vocational courses are creating more job-ready people than the general courses. It’s the largest employability test that was conducted in 5200 institutions in India to reach 5 lakhs students all across the country.
