Epic games getting sued in dance moves copyright battle

Epic Games the creator of Fortnite has been charged with a lawsuit from hip-hop artist 2 Milly who charged them that they have used his “Milly Rock” dance moves into an in-game emote without proper permission. In July 2018, a new emote 'swipe it' was added on Epic which was based on 'Milly Rock' featured in the artist's 2014 music video of the same name. The lawsuit said Epic shall not use what doesn't belong to them.
