Eritrea's Ambassador Alem Tshavye Woldermariam interacted with Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha during his visit to the union territory. Ambassador Woldermariam said "change is visible in Jammu and Kashmir" and added that the visit of foreign envoys to the UT was an "eye-opener". 24 foreign envoys visited the union territory for two days. This was 3rd such visit of foreign envoys since the abrogation of Article 370.
