Espionage case: Expelled Pak agents met defence personnel, sought information for 'journalists'

The two officials, Abid Hussain and Muhammad Tahir, who were caught while obtaining sensitive documents relating to Indian security establishment would visit Indian defence personnel as businessmen to secure information for “news reporters”. They would pay Rs 25,000 and also give expensive gifts such as Apple iPhones for an exchange of information. They also attempted to contact and lure defence personnel for espionage.
