Experts against going out even as Covid19 reports come negative

With the Covid cases dropping and tests coming out to be negative, people across the world have started going out of their homes as festival season approaches. However, health experts across the world are still against going out. Virologist Dr. Angela Rasmussen says, "A test can only tell you if you are positive at a given moment in time, and can also fail to detect cases if you are infected but not yet shedding substantial virus."
