Experts think new Covid mutations can be controlled by tweaking vaccines

The discovery of new variants of coronavirus might have sent alarms across the globe, but infectious-disease experts think the available coronavirus vaccine can be tweaked to control the mutant. Drew Weissman, a professor of medicine at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine says such tweaking is a matter of minutes. Weissman is one of the inventors of the messenger RNA technology powering the vaccine.
