Former Pepsi CEO Indra Nooyi is now the Amazon Board Member

Amazon announced that it has appointed ex-PepsiCo Inc CEO 'Indra Nooyi' as a director to the board this month. She is the second woman to be on board of the e-commerce giant. Amazon is trying to boost diversity and hence this step. Now, Amazon's board has five women out of the eleven board members. The five women board members are Nooyi, Brewer, Jamie Gorelick, Judith McGrath & Patricia Stonesifer.
