The authorities in Canada have decided to close bars and casinos in Winnipeg for two weeks after a fresh surge in coronavirus cases. The restaurants have been asked to reduce their capacities to half till the outbreak is curbed. Gatherings outside the house have been reduced to 5 people from 10.
