Funds for Delhi riots came from Oman, UK in January: Delhi Police

The Delhi Police after its investigation in the Delhi riots in February 2020, have revealed that the funds for the violence came from Oman and United Kingdom as early as January. The riots were triggered in the name of anti-CAA protests. Police have recovered a diary/register from the house of one of the accused, Meeran Haider, who was arrested under UAPA sections, unearthing the connection with foreign entities.
