World's largest vaccine manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline's chief executive officer Emma Walmsley is hopeful of an effective vaccine against coronavirus being widely available in 2021. “I share the optimism that we will have solutions next year. The challenge here is getting to the scale that is required,” Walmsley said at an online event. The CEO said that it was necessary for the trial to not restrict the scale.
