Global wildlife might be facing a mass extinction: WWF

Humanity's expanding appetite is affecting the wildlife and according to the global conservation group WWF's 'PLiving Planet' report. It also says that since 1970, 60% of the animals with backbone including reptiles, mammals and amphibians have been wiped out. It also added that the freshwater fauna population has declined by 80%. It says that the leaders need to take urgent actions to save the wildlife from mass extinction.
