Globally, Amazon witnesses maximum product return in India

The high return rate is a pain point for any e-commerce company and Amazon is not an exception. Amazon witnesses highest return rates in India among all the countries. Post demonetization the COD return rates have increased by 20% for Amazon. To reduce the high return rate, as it adds to the overall cost, Amazon is planning to introduce a transparency tool that will enable the users to check the authenticity of the seller.
