Google has got access to a huge trove of US patient data without even notifying those patients. The scheme is called Project Nightingale along with Ascension which hopes to develop AI tools for doctors. A whistleblower who works in that project is angry that patients are kept in dark about the massive secret transfer of medical data. The data is being transferred with full personal details including name & medical history.
