As govts across the world are thinking of reopening lockdown to improve the economy hit due to the coronavirus pandemic, a recent study has claimed that gradual easing of lockdown will be beneficial for the global economy as reopening the economy all of a sudden may give an opportunity to viral infection to spread more easily. Meanwhile, Indian govt too has proposed to unlock the country in a phased manner.
