The Great Grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, Satish Dhupelia passed away due to the novel coronavirus in Johannesburg, South Africa on Sunday. Dhupelia had celebrated his 66th birthday 3 days earlier. Mr. Dhupelia's sister Uma Dhupelia-Mesthrie confirmed the news of his death and said that he "suffered a major cardiac arrest this evening." Dhupelia was an active social worker who assisted the Gandhi Development Trust.
