Haldiram’s outlet reopened after it was closed when customer found lizard in food

On Tuesday, a man and a woman alleged that they found a dead lizard in a dish served at the Nagpur outlet of restaurant chain Haldiram’s after which the outlet was closed by the Food and Drugs Administration officials. The photo was widely shared on social media platforms. But an official has informed on Thursday that the authorities have now allowed the outlet to reopen. The customers were admitted to the hospital.
