The Delhi High Court ripped through microblogging platform Twitter over the delay in the appointment of a grievance officer. The company is already weeks past its deadline to comply with new IT rules. The court slammed Twitter after it said it was likely to need two more weeks to comply with the new rules. "If Twitter thinks it can take as long it wants in our country, I will not allow that," Justice Rekha Palli said.
