Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray apologised to people for the inconvenience caused during the lockdown amid the coronavirus outbreak and said there is no other way to curb the spread of Covid-19. He also mentioned that normalcy is being restored in Wuhan, the epicentre of the outbreak, and said that it was a good signal as it shows that things can get better. He urged retired medical officials to come forward for help.
