DS Hooda, a former Army Commander who oversaw the 2016 surgical strike refuted rumours that will head a Congress taskforce on National Security. Congress President Rahul Gandhi is setting up a task force on national security to prepare a paper vision for the country and rumours began doing the rounds after the Congress took Hooda on board to draft a ‘vision document’ on national security.
