India 5th largest country in flexi staffing / temporary jobs; 100 million formal jobs by 2021

India is the 5th largest country in flexi staffing after the US, China, Brazil & Japan. The Indian Staffing Federation says the domestic flexi workforce, which is around 3 million people in 2018, is going to bloom up to 6 million by 2021. The ISF report reveals about 7 million jobs were formalised and the casual workers dipped from 70% to 68% between 2015 & 2018. The total number of formal jobs will rise to 100 million by 2021.
