Indian origin man sentenced to 21-months of probation in Singapore over ill-gotten gains

A 22-year-old Indian-origin man has been sentenced to 21 months of probation in Singapore. The man was found guilty of receiving ill-gotten gains from an elderly man. Identified as Kshan Pillai Ganesan Pillai, the man pleaded guilty to dealing with the benefits of criminal conduct and instructing a man to give false information to a public servant. Pillai made 15 unauthorised transactions from the card of a 77-year-old man.
