Expressing concern over the less number of women in the field of science and technology, President Ram Nath Kovind today mentioned that despite they are capable of well leading any important mission like Mangalyaan, then also they comprise only 15 per cent of the workforce in research and development as compared to the global average of 30 percent, he said citing National Task Force report.
