Infosys faces lawsuit for not paying for overtime to an ex-employee

A lawsuit is filed against Infosys, India’s biggest IT firm, by one of its ex-employee for not paying him for overtime. In June, Anuj Kapoor filed a case against the firm saying that it forced him to work 1000 hrs extra without paying him. He also said that the manager told him to work for more than 40 hrs or else will be sent back to India. The issue can also lead to the investigation of the US Department of Labour.
