JEE Main result announced in record times, 9 students score 100 percentile

The National Testing Agency (NTA), has released the JEE Main result within 8 days of completing the exam, which is a record in the history of competitive exams in India. Nine candidates scored perfect 100 in JEE Main examination. The exam was held from January 6 to 9, in shifts and it was attended by more than 11 lakh candidates. 8,69,010 candidates had appeared for the exam for BE and BTech courses.
