Replacing Rajendra Singh, Krishnaswamy Natarajan has been appointed as the next director general of Indian Coast Guard. Rajendra is retiring after a time period of 3 and a half years of illustrious command. It was on January 18, 1984, when Natarajan joined the Coast Guard and has now reached to this post. Additional Director General K Natarajan has held several major command and staff appointments, both afloat & ashore.
