London patient, 2nd ever person to be cleared of Aids virus

A London patient has become the second adult in the world to be cleared from Aids virus. He received a bone marrow transplant from a donor 3-years ago who was HIV resistant. According to the HIV-biologists the patient is functionally cure as there are no virus that they can measure. The first person to be cured of Aids was from Berlin was known as 'The Berlin patient'. Similarly he is being called as 'The London patient'.
