According to a recent NASA study, the blood flow in an astronaut's upper body gets affected by long space travel. The study revealed that the blood flow in the upper body can stop and create deadly clots. NASA researchers experimented on 11 healthy astronauts including 9 male and 2 female astronauts, averagely aged around 46 years.
