An unexpected surprise welcome for US president Trump by Louisiana's governor Billy Nungesser! Trump visited Louisiana to discuss the country's energy infrastructure & energy exports. As soon as Trump arrived at the Chennault International airport, Billy Nungesser welcomed him with a handshake & also revealed the socks that he was wearing. The socks were a gift that was quite a hit; it featured Trump's face & golden hair.
