The Antonov-26 aircraft vanished while flying over the Kamchatka Peninsula, according to Alexey Khrabrov, the director of the Kamchatka Aviation Enterprise, who managed the trip. Officials are examining whether the plane's disappearance was caused by a violation of safety standards or by severe weather. It is suspected that 22 passengers, including at least one child and six staff members, are still missing.
