According to some reports, fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi, who is fighting a legal battle in Dominica, was declared a prohibited immigrant by the country. The documents that revealed the fact shed light on the false claims of Choksi's lawyer Vijay Aggarwal who said the diamantaire did not enter Dominica illegally. Dominica's Ministry of national security and home affairs declared Choksi a prohibited immigrant on May 25.
