In an extremely irresponsible and brazen act of defiance, of an institute that has been converted into a quarantine centre in Moradabad asked police officials posted there to arrange alcohol for them. When the cops denied to provide them alcohol the unthankful creatures created a ruckus in the premises. The whole incident was captured on camera. They danced on the corridors after being denied alcohol and mocked the cops.
