Mumbai police tells fashion designer to 'trace her own stalker' before they nab him

A Mumbai-based fashion designer approached Tilak Nagar Police on Thursday to register a complaint against an unidentified stalker who had been harassing her for the last 2 months. Instead of taking immediate action, the police told the complainant to trace the stalker herself. The officers instead of registering an FIR filed a non-cognisable offence. The police said they are not god to nab a person without any information.
