A Polish woman, Marta Kotlarska and her 11-year-old daughter, were recently blacklisted by the MEA over visa-related mistakes. The lady on Tuesday requested to PM Narendra Modi to allow them to enter India so that her daughter can continue her studies in the state of Goa. Photographer and artist by profession, Marta is currently in Cambodia and has been requesting for help since 6th April, but no action has been taken.
