NASA's sloppy management cost them a rover and other space artifacts

NASA has lost quite a few historical spaceflight memorabilia including a lunar soil bag and a test lunar rover due to sloppy and improper management. NASA looks after 2 types of properties- actual properties and test properties. Many of the test properties are not required in today's time but has historic importance. In 2014, a historian found something in the neighborhood looks like an abandoned lunar rover.
