Almost a million people have received the doses of the experimental coronavirus vaccine developed by Chinese company Sinopharm even as there is no evidence of the efficacy of the vaccine yet. "We have not received a single report of severe adverse reaction, and only a few had some mild symptoms," Liu Jingzhen said. The vaccine is under trials in several other countries as well. China is vaccinating people since July.
