NIA suspects Jaish-e-Mohammed overground workers are active in Chandigarh

National Investigation Agency investigations have revealed that Jaish-e-Mohammed's overground workers were using internet services in Chandigarh to communicate with their Pakistan-based handlers. The NIA revealed that one of the 3 arrested JeM overground workers had made several WhatsApp calls from Chandigarh during December 2019 and the plan to escort 3 heavily armed militants to Kashmir was also hatched in Chandigarh.
