Over 40 Covid-19 cases traced to church service in Germany

More than 40 churchgoers who were present during a service after the lockdown was eased in Germany earlier this month have contracted coronavirus. The service took place on May 10 at a Frankfurt Baptist church. However, church officials claim they had followed social distancing rules and even disinfected the building before the service. Hesse, where Frankfurt is located, had relaxed restrictions on worship on May 1.
