Pentagon accused the Russian navy of aggressive approach after it nearly collides with US naval vessel

The Pentagon has accused the Russian naval vessel of aggressively approaching a US Navy destroyer in the North Arabian sea. The Russian ship sailed to within 180 feet of the USS Farragut and the navy also told that the Farragut was initially not able to persuade the Russian vessel to alter course, however, ultimately altered course. The Farragut is responsible for intercepting potential threats to the aircraft carrier.
