Plane landed in drain when 30 years older male pilot didn't listen to female co-pilot

It was an 18 months old case when it was said that due to heavy rains an Air India Express flight IX 452 from Abu Dhabi to Kochi with 102 passengers on board ended up landing in an open drain. But a long investigation revealed that it was not the only reason for the incident. But it also happened due to the ego of the 30 years older senior male pilot, who refused to listen to suggestions of a female co-pilot.
