In his 2nd address to the nation, PM Modi announces complete lockdown from tonight. He also said that If we are not able to manage the upcoming 21 days, we will be pushed back 21 years and asks India to think of the corona warriors. PM Modi also announced that the Centre has approved Rs 15,000 crore-package to strengthen the health infrastructure of the country. Essential services will run fine, says PM.
