PM Modi's secretary P K Mishra conferred with 2019 UN Sasakawa Award

The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) conferred the prestigious Sasakawa Award 2019 for Disaster Risk Reduction to Pramod Kumar Mishra from Odisha. He is the additional principal secretary to PM Narendra Modi. Mishra has been recognised for his initiatives which protect vulnerable communities from disaster risk. The UN's Sasakawa award is the most prestigious international award.
