Poor ventilation can increase risk of coronavirus spread, warns study

Researchers have warned that the lack of adequate ventilation in homes and offices may increase coronavirus risk. SARS-CoV-2, like many viruses, is less than 100 microns in size, expiratory droplets from people who have coughed or sneezed contain water, salts, along with the virus itself, as the water content from the droplets evaporate, the microscopic matter becomes small and light enough to stay suspended in the air.
