Pope Francis announces new rule says reporting sexual abuse mandatory

According to the new rules, set by Pope Francis on Thursday, it is compulsory globally for the victims of the sexual harassment to report the authorities about the crime in the Catholic Church and asked the dioceses to set up systems for reporting abuse. Catholic dioceses around the world have to set the system up by June 1, 2020. The new norms will cover internal Catholic Church procedure.
